SHIPPING

All orders outside Canada are shipped with DHL express and are shipped DAP. Our courier may contact you for more information regarding your shipment, and depending on the place of origin there might be extra Duties & Taxes to be paid at customs. We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we aim to ship orders within 48 hours of placing the order.

However, please note that during major holidays and sale periods this may take longer.

We ship within Canada with Canada Post and USA and ROW with DHL Express, for the fastest & most reliable service.

Standard (3-7 Business Days) - $15

Express (1-2 Business Days) - $30

Tracked (2-7 Business Days) - FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $200

USA

Standard (4-8 Business Days) - $15

Express (2-4 Business Days) - $30

Tracked (2-7 Business Days) - FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $200

Standard (6-10 Business Days) - $25

Express (4-7 Business Days) - $45

Tracked (5-10 Business Days) - FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $300

Currently, we are not selling or shipping any products to the UK. But we are working on expanding into it by July 2021. So stay tuned for updates.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items can't be refunded as they are final sale. If you still want to return these items, you can do so, and we will provide you with a store credit equal to the amount spent on our store. The store credit is valid for 90 days after receiving it. Please note: after 90 days, if the credit hasn't been used it will expire.
